Every Tic and Snore

I write two kinds of thing here. Fiction, where I make people up out of bits and pieces I've collected, and autobiographical stuff, where I don't have to make anyone up because the real ones were strange enough. Most of that work goes into the books. What's left over ends up on this blog.

Expect notes on writing and publishing, the occasional thought I can't shake, and whatever I happen to be chewing on while I push Barking at Dogs out into the world. The short story samples have moved to their own page, so you'll find those there.
