The Beat of Tiny Wings
The end of the world was just the opening act. The real story is what rises on the beat of tiny wings.
On a dead farm outside a dead town, Daniel tends a greenhouse and the last beehive. A fragile miracle in a landscape of cracked earth and poisoned wells.
Then Hannar steps out of the shadows. She’s filthy, scarred, and not nearly as lost as she pretends to be. She talks about a “Mother” in the far north, and a disfigured beast called Aker that is on the hunt. She urges Daniel to accompany her north.
Across abandoned interstates stacked with wrecks and bones. Through dust storms, raiders, and the final choke of a dying world. What begins as a brutal road trip for survival becomes something else: a summons to the edge of the world, where an ancient presence is waiting.
